We have today opened tender processes in the following Categories and Procurement Areas.- Actions Against the Police etc.: South East England
- Education: East Midlands
- Education: North East England
The tenders open on 13 April 2011 and close at 12 noon on 17 May 2011. The new contracts begin on 1 August 2011. An Information for Applicants (IFA) document and accompanying annexes are in the documents section of this page.
Update 10 May 11 - The deadline for submitting questions was 12 noon on 3 May 2011. There were no questions asked that were of wider interest. Therefore no Frequently Asked Questions document has been published.

Contract validation is still ongoing and a number of contracts are yet to be issued, therefore these lists are subject to change.
Tender information
The deadline for submitting tenders to deliver services in Low Volume Categories from offices across England and Wales has now closed. The deadline was 12 noon on 4 May 2010.
This tender process covered the following categories of law:
- Actions Against the Police
- Clinical Negligence
- Consumer (Professional Negligence and Disability Discrimination Act cases only)
- Education
- Personal Injury
- Public Law
